I finally got the motor together and reset the timing to 28 degrees. You pretty much have to stay within the timing mark on the case or you will have way too much timing. I also checked TDC with my dial indicator and the timing marks are dead on. I'm running 450 mains with the Tempa flow and the needles at pos. #3. Any lower and the motor has a bad bog off the line. The pipe definitely has to be hot and the Bikeman mod with the 660 kit definitely gives the motor some bark, it pulls like an 800. Here's a link to some pictures I had taken including some of the motor, it has a lot of vertical wear marks in the cylinders with about 1 hour of run time. My cranking compression is 132lbs per cylinder.
