K I tried to enter this in the Switchback forum but got no answer so I'll repost here. : Hey guys, I was thinking about ordering a set of pipes from SLP. The pipe/can combo and I was wondering if it would be a good choice for my switchback, and if I would need to do any jetting or anything to it if I put the pipe on. Also how loud would this set be on a scale from 1 to 10? 1 being stock and 10 being like mbrp "stinger" the race can. Thanks again.

Single for high elevation, or no desire to tune much, a 2.

Twins for low elevation, a 5.

Most likely small jetting changes will be required depending on the pipes and riding location/elevation. Simple to do. More work to tune the twins, but more to be gained.

I put slp twins on my 600 edge and it made it a 4 on noise. as far a performance the sled rocks. It took some effort. I add with the pipes: slp intake system, new primary weights and spring, slp helix, and jetting. Like i said the sled now rocks. Not many 700s that will touch it in a 1000 feet. Buy the way I have a 600 dragon on the way so the edge is for sale if anyone is interested. 3200 miles $3700 [email protected]
