I have been asking alot of questions about clutching lately.I thank everyone who has answered some of my questions. Recently I ordered a black magic heartthrob kit for 4-8000 feet elevation. It comes with 59 gram weights. I ride at 3800-8000 approx.I ride an 04 f7 efi sno_pro.The kit comes with notched weights and I have never had notched weights. My old weights were belly buster 64 gram weights but I had the wrong kit in my sled, it was an epi seal level kit(thats another story). Anyway what are the pros and cons of having these notched weights. Merry Christmas sled junkies!! and thank you... :beerchug:  :fluffy:

Notched weights are hard to use on the trail because are very aggresive at engagement. They tend to roost a lot on loose snow. Other than the engagement they are no different than standard weights. Peace beeler.
