Changed the plugs tonight and noticed a fair amount of built up oil residue around one injector, the other is dry.

I'm clueless on this. Faulty injector? Bad seal?

No problem. I'd say that is just an exhaust donut leak. Remove the four springs at the Y pipe and the ones at the other end of the pipe. Remove exhaust donut, clean it and the y pipe/pipe with your favorite solvent, clean up that goo on the injector/throttle body too, then put it back together with generous hi temp RTV on both surfaces of the donut. Replace donut if damaged and replace the springs if they feel stretched.

Exactly as Stronger said, residue out of the pipe seal, super common and easy to deal with. At same time, confirm rest of the pipe hold down springs are all in place, good smear of same silicone between spring coils help prevent vibration fatigue breaking them.

We are way cheaper than injector seals (they are like $100 or something astronomical , but practically never need replacement)
