I would like to know if there is a better product on the market to use for studding.

Standard Allen: too hard to hold, round off
Allen bit and a ratchet, works great but rounds off after 50 studs

T handle allens? any good.

I used a hex socket with a ratchet. You have to push in hard on the ratchet so the stud will have a harder time turning because it's tight in the hole on the track.

Track Lug Studs is what I use there light, durable and your not putting holes in your track BTW I put 4000 miles on my 02 ZR 800 last year with these studs and lost only 2 studs out of 144.

Hmmm...I am not sure why you are having these problems...

I studded Three F7s w/ 152 studs each and a ZR 900 w/ 192 this year with the same bit, and its still in perfect condition.

I use an Impact Gun and a Allen Key w/ Ratchet
