Picked up a ZRT today and need to know what cat recommends for fuel octane.My ZR900 runs fine on regular,do the triple/triples?Alsp if someone knows what rpm the idle should be?

I assume you ment the Opitmal RPM.. I have my 600 running at 83-8400 rpm. That seems to run about the best... I also have my clutch coming in around 53-5400 rpms

Thank-you for the input.Sled sounds sweet,engages a little low 4300-4500,first frost I'll see what the peak rpm is.

I run premium gas, its seems to run better. could be me I guess... Idle is about 1500 rpm.

Book says 87, but I also run premium gas in mine. It may not be necessary but I've always spent the extra few cents per gallon for my 2-stroke bikes and sleds.

You don't require premium and it won't make your sled run any better. If it is stock you are only losing power and $$.

Man, I wish I had the extra money to blow for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Kinda like burning 50 dollar bills to start a fire!

87 or your waisting money period on a stock zrt.
