Just a heads up Firecat owners. My right front (throttle side) skid mount bolt came loose a few times but I was aware some did that. I took a few minutes to pull the bolt after 300 miles and the SPACER WAS MISSING!!!!! Its the bronze one that slides in the front arm that the bolt goes through. Part # 0104-629 spacer front arm. It was missing from the factory. Grease comng out on the tunnel is a giveaway that you have a problem.

There is an update on the bolt they will replace both front bolts and the 2 bolts on the very front of skid. there is also an update on the smart valves and on the stearing block all is coverd by ac I had all updates done sat.

jleo no you do not need to remove skid. If you have a loose bolt that you tighten and retighten chances are you have a missing spacer. My bolt came right out easy as it was missing the spacer.
