Has arctic cat contacted any of you guys personally, with f7's that are down for the count, if so what did they have to say? are your dealers offering you a sled to ride untill f7 fixed
CAT has not contacted anyone I know personally and the dealers are not offering anything to anyone I know...extended warranties, loaner sleds, etc...nothing thus far.
They didnt do anything for me and my friend . We are still waiting for parts . Does anyone the # at cat for customer service . I am going to try to get a extended warrenty on my motor .
My f7 is down for the count, piston ring turned and snagged the port, dealer would be happy to sell me a zr9 , no parts till next week, all back ordered (could this mean there is a problem with the motors ?). I'm not really impressed with the situation and maybe an apology ,some butt kissin or something would be nice ! The sour grape situation will pass soon I hope.
