Since there is no Boost only forum yet!

Good video from Madmax on the differences of tunes that will be available as of now or soon. Sounds like the VOHK VTI is the Ibexx tuner, which might be the same one SLP will use?

Since we are on the topic of tunes, looks like a lot more options for clutch weights this season.

Seems like the common denominator for all these weights is putting weight towards the tip, some in the middle. Except for the Boondocker weights....

I messaged VOHK today. He said their testing, tuning, and most validations are above 8k ft for boondocking/technical tree riding, and overall backcountry riding in the mountains. So the VTI allows them to tune the parameters in your ECU. The pump gas tune is a small increase in performance. They also have a higher octane tune that is a great increase in power. He mentioned it’s about a 20-30HP increase. (At their elevation, Colorado) Throttle response is better on the higher octane tuning, but it’s still a turbo at the end of the day. The throttle response on a N/A 850 is better. They will also have a high octane tune that will go with an intercooler to make even more boost and power. They have had the higher octane tune perform at low elevation with good results.

I know BMP using the Torque Link had a race sled Boost they ran at lower elevations, and obviously they have many others at higher elevations. They obviously did their dyno tuning at lower elevation as well.

Bikeman has the most tunes available and most time on the snow with them. We have both Low elevation for Trail Boost tunes and RMK low and high elevation tunes as well for all the testing and riding we did last year across the US and Canada dialing these tunes in all elevations. From tunes to clutching and exhaust we have the Boost dialed in. With help in tuning with Jared Sessions to getting Dan Adams and Cole Willford on board last year riding all of our N/A and Boost parts on their machines and just loving the power and quick response they get.. We have levels from pump gas to Q16 race fuel on 270hp and hill climb tunes as well. Trail boost get your tunes now!!! 220hp trail monster on pump gas!
