Does anyone know where I can get a GOOD quality parts blow-up (diagram) of the reverse chain case on an older Venture GT (1992 or similar)?
I have the parts diagram from Yamaha's web site, but I'm looking for a diagram with better parts assembly detail. The Yami diagram is OK for looking up parts, but it's not that great for assembly.
I also don't necessarily want to buy an entire Venture manual for one assembly especially since I don't know if a manual's diagram is any better than the Yamaha web site.
I bought a used reverse chain box off a '92 Venture that I'm installing on my '92 Phazer. The chain box arrived disassembled, so I'd like as much detail and/or documentation as I can for re-assembly.
I've done far tougher assemblies on automotive transmissions (auto and manual), so this chain case should be a snap, but it never hurts to have as much help as possible.
Thanks,
