a bath tub wall and exit to the deck.
If you're in the remodling business and are looking for some side work
I need some estamates and work done..
My upstairs bath room needs the tub wall removed and replaced with a surround
and new bathtub fixtures ONLY not full plumbing
The exit door to my deck has some rot in the sub floor the original builders
did not put flashing where the deck meets the house and over the years
water seaped in rotted the sub floor.. the sub floor is under tile.. so the tile
door and frame need to be removed and replaced.. I am tearin gthe deck off and
will replace the deck next spring..
