crosshaft goes between rail extensions ahead of rear idler wheels. There are holes predrilled in extensions for it. hope this helps.

its too long to fit there (1/4" per side) It only fits on the farther up on the skid (ex: where the coupling blocks were.)

Make sure you put the shaft in before you put the rear wheels back on. The rear wheel shaft will pull the rails togeather not alowing the shaft to fit.
