Seeking tenant(s) for 7 month sublet, beginning November 1st to May 31st. The tenant(s) would have the full camp to themselves for this period of time.

$1800 (1st month rent) and $1800 (security deposit) due prior to November 1st move in.
$1800 a month - due by the 1st of every month.

• Large deck off living area overlooking island pond and private beach.
• Balcony off of 3rd floor private bedroom

Tenant Responsible For the Following Utilities:

• Propane
• Electricity
• Removal of trash and to be brought to town dump weekly
• Plowing of driveway in the winter
