Well after checking out the carbs and the ignition and finding no problems, the 97 ZR 440 is still running like crap on one cylinder, the PTO side. I still havent checked into the PTO situation after the clutch detonation, but people on this site have suggested that there is a potential PTO seal problem with the machine. Now would a bad PTO seal cause the machine to run only on one cylinder? If anything, I hope its just a bad PTO seal and not a tweaked crankshaft, because thats real bad. BTW, my dad says the top of the PTO cylinder is awfully clean looking compared to the Mag side, is that a bad situation?

Easy way to test is start it and take a can of wd40 with a long straw and spray it at the seal while running, if it changes ,motor soud it is blown..
