I leave my ZR 440 outside covered up all winter because its too much of a hassle getting it in and out of the garage. When I first fire the 440 up and get it unstuckified from the snow and let it warm up for a little bit and go to get it moving the clutch engages very low in the RPM range, around 4000-4500 RPMs instead of the normal 5000 but after the initial start it starts engaging at 5000 again, Is that a normal happening or is that a sign of clutch work that is needed?

Ya Im gonna get a stand for the sled, Im also gonna try the "warm belt" method ZRJoe spoke of. It does seem to do it only in very cold weather like Joe said (recently when Ive been riding it and having the clutch engage early its been about 10-25 f outside).
