How would the jetting be different? I know its getting alot more air then when it was all 04.

the fuel atomization is different with the reeds, alot more air flow with the throttle bodies and the pipe is alot different, alot more power, alot more airflow, deffinetly should be rejetted one size up in the main

Throttle bodies? :dunno: There isn't "alot" of difference between an 04 and 06- 260 is the baseline jet for 04 or 06 in race trim. Tune it based on the daily operating conditions- don't just jet up for no reason. You'd probably only need 240-270 in the toolbox to cover all conditions unless you go way up in elevation.
