i was wondering why the idler wheels are so close to support???i seen that someone loosened and moved forward to give a little more clearance did mine but the one wheel is damn near touching and it can hardly spin..i was wondering if taking the support bar off and maybee grinding small notches would be alrite..took support bar off and it is solid so nipping a little off shouldnt hurt it should it???

Try loosening them again and tap wheel brackets ahead with small hammer. I foung there is plenty of room doing it this way.

And if that fails loosen the cross bar and reposition to give more clearance. This is old news and should have been caught in the P.D.I. at your dealer.
