I have a buddy coming over on Sunday to see where I installed my ice scratchers and he runs a Pro X 800 switch. Any of you guys have a pic of where you installed yours on that skid? Thanks (I'm assuming he's got the cable type, I run the duraflex)

I just put mine on my assault. On my skid there was 2 3/8" holes already on the rails so I used that. They work awesome. Was running hot all day. Took it down the plowed road and trail and Temps never went above 131

The Duraflex is a cable type scratcher. It mounts thru a 3/8" hole in the slide rail. The hole should be 2 to 3 inches up from the inside surface of the track. Most people use a hole that is too low on the slide rail, and the angled base of the scratcher, interferes with the internal drive lugs of the track.
