Tryin to figure out some positive for this terrible snowmobiling week. Looks like deaths on sleds are gonna be way down this year. Thank you mother nature
As reported in the Houghton Lake Resorter Wed. Dec. 20thActually, the Houghton Lake area has had 14 years on record of no snow between the holidays... the last being 1999. There were three times in the 90s (99, 94, 90) and three times in the 30s.
But for the WHOLE state is likely more unusual.
Can we return our unused trail permits? :banghead:
