How to remove brake caliper bolts

we do this way different. remove the brake pads, rotor, go to the driven clutch side. remove the driven clutch, remove the three t-40 torx bolts holding the bearing flange on. go back to the chain case side, with a 1/4" long punch in the rotor bolt hole tap the jackshaft towards the clutch side just enough for the brake rotor to fall out. then tap it back to the chain case side from the clutch side. remove the spacer and o-ring from the jackshaft chain case side. tap the jackshaft back to the clutch side flush with the cain case cover bearing. you can remove the cover straight without having to pivot it or removing the two torx bolts under the belly side pan. you might have to loosen chain a bit if it's tight? to adjust chain put it all back together. adjust while rotating the driven back and fourth. should be right with about 3/16"- 1/4" play of the driven. fill the case. way faster and easier doing it this way. when you service 100-150 sleds a year you find better faster ways of beating the system. time is money.
