Lock the bars straight with a couple straps to the back end,,make adjustments on the tie rod ends.
Measure ski rods diagonally both ways to insure they are now both pointing straight,,and then tow out the fronts of the ski rods by 1/4 inch on each side.
Sit on sled and position handlebar's in desired position (straight)
Use tie down's and tie handlebar to running board on each side to hold them where you want
Place a 2x4 or similar straight edge along one side of track
Align that ski to the staight edge using tie rod adjustment's
Align opposite ski to the now straight one
Set toe out by just snugging the ski tip's together with a tie down and adjust evenly to set toe out at 1/8th to1/4"
Remove tie down's
