Ran my F5 3X to 600 ft. Went in house, took EX-LAX, went to bed, went to bathroom 5X. :( :wacko: Got up next AM, ran my sled again. Knocked off 3 tenths. :huh: :) My wife always said "you're full of ____" :lol: :lol: :lol:

I used to run track and cross country for UW Stout. Still run in the summer. Can get down pretty close to 140. Weigh about 153 now. That's what 10 mile runs can do for you.
