i noticed that other member how do you do this?
how do you put a picture by your name?

at the top of the forum there is a place called "my controls" go in there and change your "avatar"

The trouble is getting it the right size so it accepts your upload.
avatars should be sized to 200x132 pixels in your image editing software, then save as a jpg.
