I've never put mirrors on a sled before, simply because I didn't like the look of them. The ones you have, however, look good. Do they interfere with the cover? Are they easy on/ easy off...or on forever? How is the glass...good rear view?
I just might have to get some... ;)

Yep, the cover goes over them fine, and they work real well once you adjust them properly. The only thing I don't like about them is that they really shake bad on the bumps.. That's my only reservation. But they do look good!

I never liked the mirrors myself. Look like a caddy with curb feelers...everyone to their own i guess. Besides with the vibration you cant see anything anyway. I use the wrist mirror, just peek yer hand out and you see headlights, yer golden. Besides, its only like 5 or 6 bucks.

Note, I didn't mount mine on the chin bar of the helmet, I mounted it on the
visor instead.  I though it was better up there.

When I flip up the shield,
there's no mirror in the way.  It goes out of sight just like the rest of
the sheild.
Hmmm, I think I like those. I use something similar mountain biking. Any chance of you posting a picture of your helmet set up? Do you mean the visor on the Txi helmet? Marc
