The new Heavy Duty 3212361 Drive Belt $260US is a recommended Heavy Duty option on all MY22up Boost & 9R RMK sleds. It has a limited LIFETIME Warranty.

These sleds have 11.5" Center Distance between primary and secondary clutches, and the stock drive belt is the 3211216 Drive Belt.

Here's what Polaris describes as the most significant improvement for these belts:

IMPROVED ADHESION
The strength of the chemical bond between the belt cords and the adjacent rubber top and bottom cogs.

and THE BENEFIT
During high-speed driving and high engine torque, strong adhesion keeps the cords from popping out of the side and top cog, which delaminates the belt.

A belt that's been tested with our POLARIS specifications of 60 lbs of force is made specifically to handle the loads and speeds of our vehicles.

Any use of a belt with reduced adhesion will result in premature failure.

And likely sized inappropriate if sized like the 3212348!
I’d assume an even harder durometer vs the 3212348? I wonder how much it actually differs from original belts.

“The enhanced rubber material compound and dynamic cog profile”

Very likely needed because engine is so misaligned from the factory and belts wear fast.

If dimensionally the same as 348, agree it’s nothing special.
