Just looking at the schematic on brownsleisureworld, since the Firecat's don't have the torque sensing link, is it as easy as:

1. Take tension off one end of each spring
2. Remove 2 rear skid bolts and drop down
3. Slide off torsion springs

With the torque sensing link on my old ZRT, i had to remove the link and a bearing before i could remove the spring. If the above proceedure is correct, putting in the "big boy" kit i have on order will be easier than i thought. All the dealer will have to do is revalve the shock, which will save me some $'s.

For anyone who has installed the "big boy" kit, how many shocks have to be revalved? I'm guessing the 2 skid shocks and that's all. Is this right?

Thanks,
catfish

I did replace my torsion springs with heavier ones. It IS as easy as you describe.

I did not do any revalving though so I can't speak to that issue.
