Try setting your spring tension blocks to medium, this helped mine a lot. My back was killing me too ! Today I ordered new valve stacks from carver performance for mine. I hope they help.

how much do you weigh? if you are over 180 you need heavier springs. also do not just recharge shock as that is a waste of time, it needs to be rebuilt. change the oil and use maxima medium shock oil. if you want to cure the shock problem for $240 you can put an ohlins rear shock in it. it has stiffer valving and won't need any service for at least 4000 miles. if you want a shock with a resivoir ohlins has one and it has compression and rebound damping and that costs $490, either one will keep you out of the shop and riding happy.
