Check out the post in OUTDOOR SHOP and let me know what you thing the problem is, or if you have it...don't want the post all over the place.

With my F5 sometimes it won't start either. LIke even if I have been ridng for a while and shut off for a few minutes...It just won't start for a good 30pulls. I don't know what the problem is but it has happened maybe 10times

Just hold the throttle lever a bit when you go to start it. works every time for me. Guys with yamaha's do the same thing.

I can just say that the F5 will not start if you use the manual as a guid to start it, 30sec with full choke then middle untill it's warm! My F5 just whants the choke to start then switch it to off and use the throtle otherwise it will die.

I find my F5 has a harder time starting if its warmed up.
On cold starts, almost starts every time after 3-4 pulls.
When warm, I pull and then need to feather the throttle

According too the manual you maby need to give it some throtle when it's warm.
And i need to do that. It's normal. :)
