Add more primary weight. You could try loosening secondary a hole. What springs are you running? What about helix. These can change rpm as well.

Are you getting full shift out when you are topped at 95 mph?

Secondary is a 55/53 helix with a red spring with white dashs on the spring

Primary is orange spring with white dashs

Run the stock 22-41 gears first off.

Second you probably need 2 more grams in the primary. Before you swap weights make sure the bushings in the current weights are ok. They could be binding.
