Hey Guys,
I know it's not a ZR/ZL but we had a really fun time
yesterday watching a 159" Special Edition MC 900
walk all over the mods... There were all brands
sitting there observing and all had a great time.
Those with mods could do the same hill as the 9
but not nearly with the ease... He bought it the
day before and had the nads to match the sled...
40 ft nearly straight up and over the top, ski's
never touching down. Another dude on a 900 151"
Pulled the ski's at the bottom and ended up vertical
on the hill. It was an amazing show. Rumor was he
bought the 159" the day before! He was romping the
hill. One guy had gotten a 156" (I think) 800 Poo down
in a major hole and the 900 was in and out trying
to pack down the trail. We needed to pass on helping...
:-( I ride an 02 800 MC EFI 151 and it did awesome
all day in the deep stuff but we sure didn't want to
be stuck at dark with a group waiting on us. Sorry
dude! There were a couple others helping so he did
fine by days end.
On a bad note, we lost a ring on an ZR 700 that had
been long tracked. Only 3 miles up the trail so that
was the only good part to it.
Regardless... Close to 6 feet of powder and a group
of great guys to ride with resulted in one of my most
memorable days out. To everyone a GOOD season!

PS: Where the hell has Rob been? Seemingly absent
from RSS andf not much going on here. Riding I expect!
