The FCMQ will hold his annual congress next weekend in Rimouski.....This could be an historical one as many clubs in the province are facing financial problems....plus landowners are taking snowmobilers as hostages specially with the UPA(union des producteurs agricoles)

We will wait and see what will come out of this important meeting...
