Can anyone answer why a person shouldn't just change the stock top sprocket of 22 teeth to a 21 tooth and stay with the stock lower sprocket of 41..... The final ratio would be 1.95, the same ratio as a 20 tooth top and 39 tooth bottom??
What is the purpose of changing BOTH gears when you can simply change just 1 (the top) to achieve the same final ratio?? Thanks.
