Anyone out there have a f7 with a 151 kit on it that rides around 8000ft, or ran out west.

I'm heading to the snowies on the jan. 8th and needed a few slight ideas for clutching. Right Now I'm running 10 tooth drivers, 151x1.5x13.5 track, 19/43 gears and ODS1 clutch kit. I've talked to dan and he says to run my stock weights with his clutch kit, but I'd like to have a plan to fall back on if that isn't gonna do it. Any info would really help.

The ODS flatlander weights and helix will work in the mountains but won't be perfect.

This past weekend in Colorado I ran 58-g weights and a 51 degree helix and was pulling 7800-8000 rpm on a hillclimb from 8000 to 12000'. Backshifting was good and I think that's the biggest advantage you'll get in yanking the ODS helix.
