What is the cylinder compression suppose to be, and what compression checks are you guys getting? I'll be doing mine tomorrow.

It could be your gage! You need a CLY. leak down tester! Compression gages dont tell you what you need to know! I just use a Compression gage to see if i have 0 or some Compression.

actually a compression gauge works very well to let you know what the compression is at, the leakdown gauge tells you how much of the compression gets by the ring(s) over time.

there should not be more of a 5 lb difference between cyls in my opinion , but hey thats me. when you do the test you must hold the throttle wide open and the motor must be ice cold , dont run it at all before you do the test and its best to do it like 24 hours after a run period. also make sure you leave one plug in while testing the other cyl .
