The CCE's were a really stiff version of the ZR's in 02 and they had different graphics, but I'm not sure about track height difference (if there was one). The F6 motor is more efficent than the old 600 motor and makes at least 10hp more. The F6's make 118-120hp and the ZR 6's made 110 on a very good day. Nothing wrong with either motor, they are both very reliable.
My friends 2002 ZR 500 CCE studded sticks with me the whole time. Takes me off the line when I'm spinning then we're even. But this was with plugs that needed to be replaced badly so maybe that affected it a bit.
