Sorry this reply is so late. the differences and changes are as follows. I hope I don't miss any small details.
Engine is same crank and case as the F-7 70mm stroke, 73.8mm bore. Same general port layout but obviously proportioned for the bore decrease. 46mm throttle bodies, same as F-7. Pipe is redesigned for the F-6, muffler is the same. coolant bottle is redesigned to eliminate any air pockets in cooling system not allowing it to remain in the system. Recoil rope rub post is installed. Suspension valving is recalibrated. Thats what I can think of right now. Hope that answers your question.
