Nice showing. I saw the F10 at woodies last year doing its first passes and it is very quick and impresive. Is this the same sled and is it an efi or carb??

Nice job! Winning all heats and finals sounds pretty dominant. Haydays should be a great race. :div20:

That was a pro stock, this one is an improved stock. Hope to have pro stock ready soon. D&D race f10's will all be carburated this year, as isr rules do not allow modification or replacement of throttle bodies on efi.

That is true of all the smaller (500 through 800) improved classes. Improved 1000 allows any overbore and stroke. That is why we can't build an improved 800 firecat.

I believe the Woody's shootout is in my town this year. I guess the track we have has unbelievable hook up(all clay) and is almost perfect flat!! Too cool. Can't wait.

Yea,

Glenn beat up on me, but it was close due to him helping me set up my tripple.

Thanks Glenn for all your help. If anyone needs help with performance, I recommend D+D and Glenn everyday.

Thanks
Aaron :beerchug:

i didn't know you could change bore and stroke, does d&d list a dyno sheet on this motor?

This particular engine made 244hp. I will try to post the sheet, if I can get this scanner working.

That would make the prostock motor 2__???????

Sounds high for a twin! :augen41: F9's producing 180hp with twin pipes.

Congrats on the wins!

Great job, Glenn--there's no better feeling in racing than winning all heats and all finals

Yes, D&D prostock 1000 and improved 1000 engines are the same. You are right, that is VERY high, for a twin. It is by far the most powerful we have produced. This is not a trail motor. Full race at 9800 rpm. F10 lake race motor will be based on this, but a more conservative 200-220 hp(est) tune at a lower rpm.
