No picture, but it's a simple operation....About two inches up from bottom of flap is a "line"...Cut here and sand edges. Should solve your problemo. Solved mine with no overheating.

cut mine two days ago..........real easy with a utility knife that has a razor blade for an edge

just cut the flap off with a pair of scissor that's what i did and you cant't even tell and it looks a lot better

Have any of you guys had people behind complain about
anything flying at them since you cut your flap?

Used this method two F7s with no problem.


It doesn't appear to kick up more than regular stock.

We haven't had any cooling problems yet either.

Also, no snow flap suck ups, since the cutting

my advise to you is don't cut it...i know it looks good but i threw a rock the size of a baseball at my brothers new rev, he wasn't happy. And to top it all off...it still got all chewed up from the 1.5" studs. i ended up buying a new flap and putting on a snocross strap but i did it different than what came on my 440 sno-pro. It works and no one complains behind you...as bad at least.
