2007 model year is when the strict rules come into effect. (2006 manufacture year though)

The EPA limits are a fleet average. Some sleds can be above the limits as long as their fleet average is below it. So "no", every 2006 sled does not have to have that sticker. The Early build of the Crossfire does NOT have it, even though it is also a 2006 model. The later build has a different ECU, so it would appear that Cat leaned out the mapping enough to get it within limits.

I had the plate you show, but also,

I had a green tag on mine that said the NER "normalized emmision ratio" was 8.2.

It also went on to say 0 is the best and 10 is the worst. This number is a ratio of five or six different cat machines, they were all listed on the tag.

There is a bit of UFK . :lol2:
