I agree but the people that can’t think well won in 2018, and might in November as well.....
Doubt it. One thing these dumbasses are good at is trying something over and over expecting different results. As seen with Chicken, he makes his choice, then bitches about it when results don't change from when he voted last time for the wrong person.

I’m not sure the dem’s want different results. They just want the power and $$$$.

Pelosi and crew doesn’t give a fuk for any one person, let alone more. Vodka, botox, hair plugs, and eye circling fake eyebrows is sll she cares about. Okay, dove ice cream bars too.

The real mortality rate would be calculated by dividing the number of deaths by the total number of cases which can best be estimated by extrapolating the data from antibody studies. Using the number of confirmed cases based on limited testing as your denominator yields a grossly exaggerated mortality rate.

Not to mention a significant number of the recorded deaths are people who died with Covid not from Covid . So not only is the denominator fucked but so is the numerator. Basically your whole little equation is bull shit!
We don't have extensive antibody studies... so we don't have the data.
You have to used the resolved case data they supply.

That missing data plays a role into not only when a State may further open, but more importantly how those in the high risk categories will change spending habits.
Quite a large part of our national economy comes from just a handful of States, and certain sectors see more of their revenue created by the high risk category.

My State released this:

If you look on page 14, it shows that we are doing a lot better than other New England States, and that was on the per capita that would normally be used.
That along with page 15, suggesting that no new cases would arise after around 4/15... and page 16 showing that we were testing heavily and only getting a few positives... calmed the situation.

But as we kept getting higher and higher new cases after 4/15... the panic went back into effect.
That is when the decision to expend the money for antibody testing began.

It is the same when we try to measure the underlying economy with the distortions.
We have a lot of customers... but that could be a lot of people on furlough that are just bored.
They have the money to spend, because with the $600 extra beyond normal unemployment... and a govt declared holiday on paying their rent, mortgage, and taxes.
We can guess that will not last forever... but without any released numbers from our govt... we have to guess at the economic effect.

That is why we will need to test more, and release more numbers... when they do that, those percentages will fall way down.
That, or we can sit around waiting for a vaccine.

Other than that, we just see all sorts of disruption at the basic consumer level.
Much better to show the downward trend with real test numbers than speculate... because high-end consumers don't move to those government guesses.

you still talking like this is a real pandemic? The numbers are skewed. Other New England states are socialists controlled. So their numbers are much higher than New Hampshire. Look at all the numbers you want they don’t mean shit. Going with our governor numbers CT has a population of 3.5 million just over 3,000 deaths from covid. But in the past two months no hart failure or strokes. You like paying with numbers look up the death totals in all socialists run states and all republicans run states. And get back to us don’t run and hide like the last time I asked you a question and never got back to me. The virus is real the pandemic is fake

Excellent post! Many of us have been saying this for a long time. Fox News had Tucker on last evening stating the same thing. Two Governors in particular were singled out as causing many unnecessary deaths in Nursing homes. Whitmer in MI and Cuomo in NY. Whereas Fla and Georgia and other Republican governed states were seen as excellent.
Face it, Democrats are poor thinkers or they wouldn't be Democrats. In addition, they've been pushing the Pandemic Narrative to cause disaster for the Trump economy. I call that Treasonist and Criminal. Paybacks are coming!

In ct., if someone was already ill from a secondary health issue and contracted covid-19 and later died...they'd report they died from complications of covid-19.

If the patient contracted the China Flu and that is what ultimately caused their death, then I guess I do not see the issue labeling their death that way. Influenza like illnesses are typically hardest to recover from by people with certain pre-existing conditions.

Yeah, but thats just it....you'll never hear them report they died from complications of influenza, but they glorify covid-19.
