compression question

whats the compression on a 02 mtn cat 800 sopposed to be, i got the only 800 around here and noone knows exactly what its sopposed to be at. thx in advance

Most pump gas are set up at 120-135#'s the big thing is the difference form side to side. 5% difference.
My 2005 M6 is in at 112#'s

well mine got 119-120 lbs per squar inch on clutch side and 117-119 on chaincase side i checked it a fiew times so thats why the numbers slightly vary per side.

You only need to ask the right person... I'm from Eastport and the compression you have is fine.... anything over 100 and no more than 10-15 psi difference between the cylinder is ok. Typically 125-135 psi is new spec. It's snowin out now, are you out and about yet?
