I have a F5 with 1600 miles on it. I am going on a 1500 mile trip in Quebec and my dealer says the clutch will be fine. I have had bad luck with arctic cat clutches in the past. Anybody have any input?

Fair question.

How do your clutches look Rob? Have you done anything to them other than cleaning?
not yet, but I'm going to take a closer look at them this week to be sure. if I note any wear, I will post it.

I'd suggest that everyone take a good slow close look at your rollers to see if there are any flat spots. All three of mine had a small 1/16"ish flat spot for some reason. Seems fine however, as long as they don't get any worse. I'm due to take another look soon. I DO wonder what in the heck caused them in the first place, as everything else looked to be OK. -- Roy

Best thing you could do is blow the clutch out with compressed air the clutch will last alot longer if you keep it clean.

well if Rob hasn't had any problems yet, then I should be safe on my trip.
Thanks for the help.
