My buddy just picked up his 05 900 RMK 151. It is clutched right now for altitude. To be honest I don't even know what is in there right now. He did get a set of 74 gram weights. This sled will be ridden in the U.P. with 90% of that riding off trail, hence the RMK. I need to know what you Fusion guys are running for clutch weights and helix and springs. Not looking for a lake race set up. He would probably be happy with the stock 900 Fusion set up. I just read through 32 pages of stuff here. Didn't really come across a good set up. Looks like 76 grams for a start. The sled has 332 miles on it, and all the updates have been done. Bought it up at Haydays for $6299, with one year full sled warranty and two year engine warranty. Thanks in advance guys. Later, Sxrlar.

Don't know what a RMK has for gearing and clutching. Here is what the stock 05 Fusion has and what I did.

Stock:
74g weights, 25/37 gears, 62-42.35 helix, 155-220(shoot to the moon over stiff)
secondary spring.

What I ran:
74 gram weights, epi red primary spring, 24/38 gears, 66-44.64 helix, 140-200 spring. The sled was over reving. I could of pulled 76g weights. Just didn't get around to buying them. This year I have some Heavy Hitters, will set them up to around 76g. Also got a HTG pipe and 54/44, 54/42(aka epi kit) full progresive helixs to try.
