Using Speedwerx 66g light tipped weights, Speedwerx grn/wht primary (140/290), 62/50 helix, and green AC spring in hole #2. This is good setup for lake, however I haven't really played around with it too much. By the way, I weigh 160 and ride in Michigan (0-1000').
For trail I run 59/53 helix with Speedwerx silver spring in hole #3.
Stock gearing, however I would not mind trying 22/40.

For an F7, pull your limiter straps down, take out your coupling blocks, and run it stock as-is. The clutching is good the way it is. Just make sure you don't set your sled on the ice in your lane!!!! I learned the hard way with mine!!
