:dunno: I have a 97 ZRT 600 which is fantastic in the open ,but it's not trail friendly.The clutch inguages at a rpm which seems to high.I use a 1/3 more feul then the rest of the pack and I'm the saddle sled. So I guess what I need is one that engauges at a lower rpm.

You'll need to give more information. What is it engaging at now? What color spring is in the drive clutch now? What weights are in it? Maybe you would prefer stock clutching in it?
Stock settings are:
0646-147 Spring, Clutch - Yellow/Green
0746-560 ARM, CAM - W/ BRG 55 GRAM
For the drive clutch

and...
0148-227 Spring, Yellow
0648-005 Bracket, Torque 55
For the driven clutch.

It will engage lower being more trail friendly. Chek the plugs to see how it is burning fuel. If they look black, you can put smaller main jets in, also check oil consumption to see if the pump can be leaned. That will help with fuel mileage, I would say.

Thanks, i'll check the parts on the clutch and let you know the information.The sled is totally stock,absolutely no changes.It engages at 4100rpm
