My 2002 ZL500 has a clutch sticking problem.I only had 700 miles on it and the dealer will not replace it. I replaced the bushings and it did not help.It sticks when the sled is warmed up.Usually after about 20 miles of riding.Any ideas what could cause this problem.

Did someone change weights in that clutch recently. Sometime when people tighten the bolts that hold the weights in too tight it will pull the towers together and the clutch will stick. Try losening them off and then just snug them up a little and see if that works.

changed bushings twice, changed weights twice, replaced spider, spring. still dose the same thing. Work was done by CAT master tech.
