This is from an individual that tested 3 clutch kits...Independent test..I just sent the kit...He was/is supposed to post mor info after even more testing but i figured....good reading...

Hi Dan,
Here are some testing results from Saturday. Your secondary spring is same
exact one D&D uses. We tested your kit with the stock secondary spring in
the 3rd hole. Dakota same. Your kit is faster in 1000' by 1/2 to 1 sled
length. 1000' ft to a mile Dakota is faster but not by much. Both kits
topped out at 115 mph. The Dakota kit accelerates harder from 1000' to a
mile. Your kits pulls harder from a dead stop to a 1000'. All the testing
Saturday was done with 23-40 gears. My honest opinion is I think that your
kit is as fast as the Dakota but in a different way. Dakota is faster at the
end of the run, where as yours is faster at the beginning of the run. Dakota
engages at 4200-4400, Outdoor engages 3800-4000. Dakota kit makes the sled
feel more jumpy, kinda raw power feeling where as your kit feels real smooth
the whole way. The sled is easier to ride with your kit. I honestly can't
decide which one I like better. Its a tough call. I will try the secondary
in the 4th hole this week. What does that normally do to the sled ? If we
tune the last half of the run with your kit for more without loosing
anything on the first half of the run it will be faster than the Dakota.
There are no losers here, both kits are awesome in my opinion. After some
more testing I personally think we should post the results on the forum. I
think its a win win situation. As I said before there are no losers here !

I feel the kit is right on..and tightening the sec. spring gets the top end even better, but a tiny low end loss...so tuneable to situation, I guess.

Dan , sorry thats not what I meant..I know u to well that u would print something like that if u tested it your self . But it would be more accurate if u did because u would compare apples with apples, What I ment by fair is if U & I were to test 2 kits that we thought were set for same conditions, like track, gearing for kits in relation to driver weight & distance we want to run ect we would put 2 totally different kits together you make 4-5 kits & DP does also If I take a kit for one set up from u and another from DP which I know is for right conditions it would not be fair to your kits or visa versa Sorry, didnt mean u were not being honest I will say when u post WHAT U HAVE TESTED YOUR SELF I BELEAVE FULLY I KNOW U TEST HARD & ACCURATE oops wrong print
