What is the best way and with what should i be cleaning with. I have a lot of belt dust and i want to make sure that the clutches aren't hanging/binding up.

Just use compressed air,dont use brake clean or any other solvent,it can destroy bushings

Hit the whole clutch with compressed air, then I disassemble, and wipe everything down with rubbing alcohol by hand, lube my pivot bolts, replace bushings as needed, reassemble, and hit the sheeves with alittle scotch bright(for alittle extra bite)
