Hi to every one i'm try to check clutch alignment on zr900 05 and the motor is way of if i want to put it in line with the tool there is not enough play on the motor mounts to adjust i would need to make hole in Bracket, Mounting bigger i even try to push with the rubber Bumper, Torque - Engine still not enough so any as trick i should know thanks to any one that replies

This is caused by build variance at assembly. Unfortunatly this not to uncommon. The only thing to do is move the holes. The best way is to weld the stock holes and redrill new holes in the right location. I have had to do this on all but one Arctic cat I ever had. Done it to many friends sleds also. It's a lot of work because you have to take the engine in and out a few times to get it just right, but once you get it dialed in it will be like night and day.
