I have been just washing with the same stuff I use on the cars. Then, a product like Was-as-you-dry. Spray it on, wipe off. Gives a decent shine, some beading. Not like a full on wax job, but easy to get into the knooks and crannies, and doesn't leave white marks around the cracks and screens.
For any textured surfaces, I find something like Mothers Back to Black leaves a decent finish.
I am sure others have more in-depth products. I like my sled to look nice, but I am not so anal that it has to be perfect.
